Silver Branch Cottage on Otter Tail Lake is situated on very private 3 acres of land and over 200 feet of flat sandy beach. The cottage boasts 4 bedrooms with NEW mattresses, luxury bed sheets and towels. The kitchen is well appointed and large to provide for an unforgettable family vacation. We have a fire pit for use as well as a gas grill and outside screened in sitting area. Enjoy a cup of fresh roasted NoDak Coffee we gift to all our guests on the huge back porch in the morning and enjoy that incredible lake view. For the rare rainy days you will enjoy a game room with a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, and ping pong table. We also have a wide variety of popular and classic board games to create family memories.
We offer kid friendly amenities such as a folding crib, pack n play, counter seat, toys, sand toys, nugget foam mats and more! Besides the 4 bedrooms there is a main floor office perfect for kids or baby to sleep, or a blow up mattress to use.
Otter tail Lake is one of the largest lakes in Minnesota and PERFECT for a family get away. The lake is 3 feet deep and sandy bottom for over 100 yards out from shore making it a great swimming lake. To help you enjoy the lake we provide kayaks, stand up paddle boards and paddle boat. There are several places for boat and pontoon rentals. Enjoy the famous Zorbaz pizza right on the lake and many amenities in nearby Otter Tail City and the city of Perham.

Main floor bedrooms: Primary with 1 king size bed, guest room with queen size bed, office with twin XL bunks and a trundle.
Second floor bedrooms: Guest room with King size bed, guest room with three full size beds
Two bathrooms with shower/bathtub.
Due to Otter Tail County regulations we are not allowed to have more than 9 guests at the property (day or night). This is strictly enforced. No events during the stay.
We do not provide a boat lift. We can provide pontoon rental locations
Separate rental agreement outside of VRBO required as well as photo ID matching payment.
No pets or emotional support animals, no smoking on the entire premises
We have 200 feet of flat sandy beach. Our beach is protected by bulrush plants for approximately 150 feet of that frontage. 50 feet is prime for swimming and fun.
Although we have a salt water swim spa and do out best to maintain, refunds for the spa not working will not exceed $100 per day
No third party rentals.
